Seated Incline Dumbbell Curl
Staying seated while curling dumbbells may seem like just a slight adjustment to standing, but you’ll truly feel the difference when executed properly. Sit on an adjustable bench between 45 and 60 degrees for the ideal effect. Remember not to extend the arms out fully as it relaxes and disengages the biceps. The arms should be contracted all throughout the movement.
